Job Overview Six Senses in Oman is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee all front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage the front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and guest service agents Ensure efficient operation of front desk procedures, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries Train and mentor front desk staff on customer service standards and procedures Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences Monitor occupancy levels and room availability to optimize revenue and occupancy rates Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with brand standards Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Qualifications/Skills Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Experience in luxury hospitality is an asset Working Environments Office-based environment with interaction with guests, colleagues, and management Varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Occasional travel for training and professional development Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance coverage Retirement savings plan Employee discounts on dining, accommodations, and spa services Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive work environment with a focus on sustainability and wellness Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
