The Front Office Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences in the front office department. This position requires strong leadership skills, impeccable customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Front Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the front desk, concierge services, and guest relations, while also supervising a team of front office staff. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the front office team to deliver outstanding service and achieve departmental goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance and maintain high service standards.
  • Schedule staff efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and maintain labor costs within budget.
  • Guest Relations:
  • Ensure prompt and courteous handling of all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Monitor guest feedback through various channels and take proactive measures to address concerns and improve service quality.
  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and reservations processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and occupancy levels.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure smooth room turnover and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage front office expenses, including payroll, supplies, and operational costs.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue through upselling, room upgrades, and other sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular inspections of front office areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and guest confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive and coordinated approach to service delivery.
  • Technology and Systems:
  • Utilize property management systems and other technology tools effectively to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in front office technology, recommending upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED65,000.00 per month
