Your Day to Day In a nutshell, as a Front Office intern, you will learn and participate in all aspects of the Front Office operations; like checking guests in, ensuring that billing instructions are clarified and updating guest folios to balancing all transactions at the end of every shift. You will represent the Front Office Department in a vibrant and engaged manner while interacting with guests and colleagues. YOU will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the front office operations and guest experience in the hotel.
