Dar Al Hayat Medical Center (Umm Al Quwain), is seeking a skilled and personable receptionist with experience in Healthcare to join our team. The role is essential is providing high level of customer service and administrative support while ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients.
Responsibilities.
• Greet & welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments and organize the clinic's daily calender.
• Registration and Billing (Ensure proper documentation is completed and update patient records)
• Insurance eligibility check, Handle billing inqueries, process payments, and assist in insurance verification.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations and patient appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment.
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer focused with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in managing clinic calenders
• Familiarity with EMR and office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a receptionist/front office (Healthcare)
• Fluency in English & Hindi, additonal language are a plus.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Graduate in any relevent stream.
