Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and data entry in the laboratory management system.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample collection and result delivery.
• Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about lab services.
• Ensure smooth front desk operations, including managing billing, payments, and invoicing.
• Maintain organized patient records and files while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support administrative tasks, such as managing inventory of office supplies and lab forms.
• Address patient concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a medical/laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and data management systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
