:Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality industry, is looking for a motivated and organized Front Office cum Sales Coordinator. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences while also supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has a blend of hospitality and administrative skills.Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/out process.xc2xb7 Manage daily front office operations, including room assignments, guest inquiries, and concierge services.xc2xb7 Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely, courteous manner to maintain high guest satisfaction.xc2xb7 Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities are prepared and well-maintained.xc2xb7 Assist the sales team with booking reservations, scheduling site tours, and preparing promotional materials.xc2xb7 Track and update sales inquiries, leads, and bookings, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.xc2xb7 Generate sales reports, compile guest feedback, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.xc2xb7 Support the organization of special events and promotions, including handling communications with vendors and clients.xc2xb7 Maintain and organize front desk documentation, files, and communication records.xc2xb7 Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.xc2xb7 Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.Requirementsxc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
xc2xb7 Minimum of 3 years in a front office or sales support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
xc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel management or CRM software is a plus.
xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
xc2xb7 Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
