Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Perform all check-in and check-out tasks \xc2\xb7 Manage online and phone reservations \xc2\xb7 Register guests collecting necessary information \xc2\xb7 Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms \xc2\xb7 Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities \xc2\xb7 Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner \xc2\xb7 Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs \xc2\xb7 Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests \xc2\xb7 Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate \xc2\xb7 Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 2 year experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role \xc2\xb7 Experience with hotel reservations software IDS \xc2\xb7 Customer service attitude \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Degree in hotel management is a plus \xc2\xb7 Females preferred. \xc2\xb7 Fluency in English and Tagalong required.
