Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guides.IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The opening is planned for October 2024. Selected candidates will be required to join before October. Interviews process is immediate with job offers given if selected.Position Overview:As the Front Office Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Front Office department. You will embody company\'s commitment to excellence by providing impeccable service to discerning guests, overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, and leading a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled hospitality.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is essential.
Impeccable presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues at all levels.
Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing team.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Clear criminal record
Clear medical bill
Passport valid at least 2 more years
Salary Package:
Gross salary AED 12000 (60% basic, 40% accommodation and travel)
Service charge of approx. AED 2200
