Greeting and assisting of clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner Direct persons to correct destination Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members Maintain the reception area neat and tidy Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc. Check, sort and forward emails to the appropriate staff Responding to email query Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Pleasant personality with a good appearance. Service and guest oriented Very good command of both written and spoken English Another language in addition will be an asset.
