Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Front of House Associate to be the face of our studio, providing exceptional service to every client. This role is essential to creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for clients and staff alike. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and efficient daily operations for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Service : Greet clients with a warm welcome, assist them in checking in for their sessions, and answer any questions about our services, promotions, and amenities.
• Scheduling & Booking : Manage appointments, schedule client sessions with Flexologists, and handle inquiries about available sessions and packages.
• Administration : Assist with client intake forms, manage client accounts, and process payments for sessions and any add-on services, such as compression boots.
• Promotions & Add-Ons : Inform clients about promotions, packages, and add-ons (such as compression boots) and ensure the appropriate promo codes are applied at checkout.
• Facility Management : Keep the front desk area organized and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and client lounge.
• Feedback Collection : Gather client feedback post-session to help StretchPro continuously improve customer satisfaction and services.
Requirements:
• Customer Service Focus : Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role, ideally in the wellness, spa, salon, or clinic setting.
• Sales & Marketing Experience : Prior experience in sales and marketing, with skills in promoting packages and leveraging social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads to attract and engage clients.
• Organized & Efficient : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Effective Communicator : Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency with scheduling software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Team Player : Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and proactive in helping other team members as needed.
