Front End and Back End Technical Team Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Front End and Back End Technical Team Manager with a proven track record of designing and coding visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, with hands-on expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various web development frameworks. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices. The successful candidate will contribute technical expertise and creativity to drive web development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers, ensuring efficient project workflow and collaboration.

- Project Development: Oversee the entire web development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the technical quality of all deliverables through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Performance Optimization: Implement strategies for optimizing website performance, including load times, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into development processes to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills:

Back-End:

- Proficient in Laravel

- Strong knowledge of PHP

- Experience with MySQL and database management

- Expertise in version control systems (Git)

- Skills in performance optimization

- Proficient in REST API development

- Understanding of MVC architecture

- Strong debugging skills

- Experience with package integration

Front-End:

- Proficient in React JS

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery

- Experience with AJAX

- Expertise in responsive design

- Proficient in Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS

- Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of past projects.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional web development frameworks and technologies.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices.

- Experience in cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).

4000 -5000 salary + 2 days off in a week.(Saturdays & Sundays)
