Job Summary:
The Front Desk/Sales Representative at FIT. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and driving membership and product sales. This role involves greeting and assisting gym members and visitors, handling inquiries, managing memberships, and promoting the gym's services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
• Welcome gym members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about gym memberships, services, and policies.
• Address and resolve member complaints and issues efficiently.
Front Desk Operations:
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, classes, and personal training sessions.
• Maintain and update member records and information.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Sales and Promotion:
• Identify and engage potential members to promote gym memberships and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products, personal training packages, and other gym services to existing members.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies.
