Job Description

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join our educational institute in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a warm, professional approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management : Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors; handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Administrative Support : Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and preparing materials for presentations.
• Coordination with Staff : Work closely with teaching staff and administration to coordinate schedules, events, and activities.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping : Maintain accurate student and staff records, handle admissions documentation, and manage correspondence.
• Communication : Effectively communicate institute policies, course information, and other updates to parents and students.
• Meeting & Presentation Management : Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in presentations.
• Multitasking in a Fast-paced Environment : Manage time-sensitive tasks with efficiency and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience : Prior experience working in an academic or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Skills :
• Language : Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• IT Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with email, scheduling, and record-keeping software.
• Interpersonal Skills : Friendly and professional demeanor, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with parents, students, and staff.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks on tight schedules with attention to detail.
