Path Fly Travels is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines front desk duties with sales and marketing responsibilities, focusing on immigration and tourism services. The ideal candidate must have a background in the immigration or tourism industry, along with expertise in managing social media platforms to generate leads and promote services. Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Customer Service:

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone, providing professional and friendly service.
• Handle inquiries related to immigration and tourism services, including visa requirements, travel packages, and other offerings.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with clients or partners.
• Provide clients with the information they need, guiding them through the services offered.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Actively promote immigration and tourism services to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Generate new leads through social media platforms such as TikTok , Instagram , Facebook , and others.
• Create engaging content for social media channels to attract and engage potential clients.
• Track and follow up with leads generated through social media and other marketing efforts.
• Process sales transactions, manage client information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Social Media Management & Marketing:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage daily posts, stories, and engagement on social media platforms, including TikTok , Instagram , Facebook , and LinkedIn .
• Create compelling content (videos, graphics, etc.) to promote immigration services, tourist packages, and client success stories.
• Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Mandatory : Experience in immigration services or tourism industry .
• Proven experience in sales , customer service , and social media management .
• Expertise in managing TikTok , Instagram , Facebook , and other social media platforms.
• Ability to create engaging social media content and generate leads online.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management tools, and CRM software.
• A customer-focused, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a front desk or sales associate role within the immigration or tourism industry.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience with lead-generation tools or marketing automation platforms.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
