:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist with OWN VISA to join our immigration services team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and manage front desk operations, including managing paperwork, filing, and record-keeping.
• Assist clients with basic information regarding immigration procedures and documentation.
• Ensure the smooth flow of clients and documents within the office.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation.
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders when necessary.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a legal or immigration setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
