We are seeking for a professional and highly organized Receptionist. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional frontline support to both our clients and internal team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
•Key Responsibilities: •
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong customer service orientation.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and enhance overall office productivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order front office supplies
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, taking appointments
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
