Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Tagalog

-Speaking Call Center Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide top-quality support in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in

Arabic and English

Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction Meet performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:



Fluency in Arabic and English

(spoken and written) Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if needed
