We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Receptionist
to join our real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents in a courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office records
Coordinate office supplies and administrative tasks
Assist with basic document handling and support the sales team
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (real estate experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-groomed and presentable with a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have
own visa
and be ready to work
6 days a week
Salary:
To be discussed based on experience

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
