Job Description

:

As a Front Office Executive , you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing appointments, and maintaining client records. This role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk into the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

:

Client Interaction

: Greet and assist patients with appointments, services, and general inquiries. Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere in the clinic.

Appointment Scheduling

: Manage the clinic's appointment system by scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments.

Patient Records Management

: Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation for each visit.

Billing & Payments

: Process patient billing, payments, and receipts for consultations, treatments, and products. Handle insurance claims where applicable.

Inventory Management

: Assist in maintaining the stock of Ayurvedic products and herbal medicines. Ensure that products are organized and available for sale.

Clinic Organization

: Keep the front office area and waiting room neat, clean, and well-organized at all times.

Communication

: Provide clients with information about treatments, services, and products offered. Coordinate communication between patients and Ayurvedic doctors or therapists.

Promotions & Marketing

: Assist in promoting Ayurvedic services, treatments, and products to enhance client interest and clinic visibility.

Requirements

:

Education

: A degree or diploma in office management, healthcare administration, or related field is preferred. Knowledge of Ayurveda is a plus.

Experience

: Previous experience in a front-office or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.

Skills

: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Tech-Savvy

: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with clinic management software.

Personal Traits

: Friendly, professional, and empathetic with a strong customer service focus.
