Job Title: Real Estate Receptionist

Job Summary: As a real estate receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors visiting our office. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and support our real estate agents and staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for real estate agents.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information about properties and services.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
• Support real estate agents with administrative tasks as needed, such as drafting correspondence and data entry.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a real estate environment.
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Experience with real estate software (e.g., MLS) is preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
• Country Home Real Estate operates from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• This position involves frequent interaction with real estate agents, clients, and visitors.
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary range: AED 2000-2500.
• Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, and paid yearly leave.
