Position Overview: As an Office Administrator at Leya Corporate Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring efficient office management. You will work closely with our team of immigration consultants, assisting in administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of our clients\' migration journey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking a better future. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and take messages when necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, client meetings, and consultations, ensuring proper coordination and timely reminders.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of client documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to immigration requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
  • Support the team with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing financial records.
  • Maintain client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance office efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and procedures is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
