Job Summary
The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. This role is vital for ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
• Greet students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about courses, schedules, and center policies.
• Assist with student enrollment, including processing registration forms and payments.
Administrative Duties:
• Manage daily attendance records for students and staff.
• Maintain and organize files, ensuring confidentiality of student information.
• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
• Assist with scheduling classes, coordinating with teachers and students.
• handling bills, invoices and cash.
Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between parents, students, and instructors to resolve scheduling or other issues.
• Update and distribute monthly schedules and announcements.
• Support marketing efforts by sharing promotional materials with visitors.
Facility Management:
• Ensure the reception area and waiting spaces are clean and welcoming.
• Report maintenance or technical issues to the management.
Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience:
• bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, ideally in an educational or tutoring environment.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Hours:
• Saturday to Friday, with split shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM.
