We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Specialist with strong Arabic language skills to welcome guests to our waterpark. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

4 years of experience in customer service

, preferably in theme parks, waterparks, or similar entertainment venues, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Respond to guest inquiries and requests in Arabic and English Process reservations and manage booking systems Handle payment transactions and daily accounting procedures Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs Maintain lobby appearance and front desk organization Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

Native/fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills Minimum 2 years experience in hotel front desk operations Strong computer skills and experience with hotel management software Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Experience in high-volume guest processing Knowledge of waterpark or theme park operations Understanding of safety protocols for entertainment venues Experience with ticketing systems and season pass programs Ability to handle peak period operations Understanding of water safety and park rules

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
