- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Draft and prepare letters, memos, and other documents in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization's services and policies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
