We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for our guests and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and handling administrative tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Support other departments as needed with clerical duties Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer service Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
