**Job Overview**
Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors. Also, assist with general office administrative functions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Promptly and courteously greet and receive visitors, ascertains nature of business, and direct visitor to appropriate person or area.
+ Professionally answer and handle all incoming calls by providing excellent customer service to callers by routing calls to appropriate person.
+ Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions.
+ May assist with scanning, reviewing and submitting of Accounts Payable documents.
+ Sorting, opening and distributing in-coming mail.
+ Provide support by assisting in other functions as needed.
+ Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
+ Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work Assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
+ Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
**Skills:**
+ Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Excel - Advance Formulas, Macros, etc.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
+ Able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
+ Strong organization and time-management skills.
+ Proficient typing and word processing skills.
+ Knowledgeable with Microsoft 365/Computer literate
+ Prior receptionist and/or customer service-related experience is preferred.
+ Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
**Qualifications:**
+ 0 - 1 Year General Clerical Experience
+ Fresh Graduate Preferred

+ Bachelor's Degree in any field or Diploma Graduate
