Front Desk Member Associate (UAE National)
Position Summary:
The Front Desk Member Associate serves as the face of our facility, providing outstanding customer service to all members and guests. This role is essential for creating a welcoming and efficient experience, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and informed. The Member Associate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling member inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Excellence :
• Greet members, guests, and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address member questions, issues, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist members with check-ins, membership inquiries, class bookings, and merchandise sales.
• Educate members on gym policies, programs, and services.
• Administrative Support :
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication to ensure efficient response times.
• Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations according to company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of member transactions, payments, and attendance.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions for merchandise and services accurately and responsibly.
• Facility Management :
• Ensure that the front desk, reception area, and surrounding spaces are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Oversee the inventory of supplies, including towels, drinks, and retail products, and inform management of stock needs.
• Take responsibility for towel deliveries, ensuring towels are collected, counted, and stocked as per company standards.
• Member Engagement :
• Foster positive member relationships by actively engaging with members and creating a supportive community.
• Provide information on upcoming classes, events, and promotions to increase member engagement and participation.
• Encourage member feedback and communicate suggestions and complaints to management to improve service delivery.
• Safety and Compliance :
• Uphold standards for cleanliness, health, and safety at the front desk and surrounding areas.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations, including handling and securing personal member information.
Qualifications:
• UAE National required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration, customer service, or fitness-related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems.
