We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our establishment, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and prompt manner.
• Maintain accurate records and manage reservations.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions.
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Uphold the hotel's high standards of service and presentation.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, RoomKeyPMS, Cloudbeds).
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
