Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to oversee our client's studio's daily operations and ensure exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining the client's studio's professional atmosphere.
Experience in fitness/wellness setting is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relations & fitness Studio Management
• Welcome clients and visitors with a professional, positive attitude
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly
• Manage class schedules, appointments, and client bookings using studio management software
• Process client registrations and maintain accurate client records
• Provide studio tours to prospective clients
• Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism
• Administrative & Financial Duties
• Manage daily cash handling, payment processing, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare basic financial reports
• Process membership agreements and renewals
• Track inventory of retail items and studio supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and studio spaces
Team Support
• Coordinate with Pilates instructors regarding their schedules and client appointments
• Assist in managing instructor schedules and substitutions
• Support studio events and workshops
• Maintain staff attendance records
• Assist in basic HR administrative tasks
Technical & Operational
• Proficiently use studio management software and computer systems
• Maintain and update client database
• Generate reports on studio metrics (attendance, revenue, etc.)
• Manage studio's schedule and resource allocation
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and reported for service when needed
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness/wellness setting
• Strong computer literacy and experience with management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in handling cash and processing payments
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a fitness studio or wellness center
• Knowledge of Pilates or fitness industry
• Experience with social media management
• Basic accounting knowledge
Timing:
Monday to Friday - Remote (6 am to 9 am)(6 pm to 9 pm)
Saturday ang Sunday - Onsite Business Bay(9 am to 6 pm)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
