Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and callers.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Assist in managing visitor logs and maintaining a safe and secure reception area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
