Company Description Palma Beach Resort & Spa is a luxury resort located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. Established in 1995, the resort combines Ancient Egyptian architecture with modern facilities to provide a pleasurable and tranquil experience for guests. The resort offers deluxe accommodations, suites, and villas with all the modern conveniences. Situated along Al Khor bay, the resort provides a beautiful and spacious retreat for both business and pleasure. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at Palma Beach Resort & Spa. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, and reservations. The Front Desk Agent will also handle communication with guests and provide assistance as needed. Qualifications
- Front Desk duties
- PMS-Opera knowledge
- Experience with reservations and handling guest inquiries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
