Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Logistics Coordination:
• Assist in tracking shipments and updating clients on their status.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients to resolve any logistical issues.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Manage and organize logistics-related documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, and contracts.
• Ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Customer Service:
• Address and resolve client and vendor concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Technology and Systems:
• Utilize company software and systems to manage logistics operations.
• Update databases and ensure the accuracy of information.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative or logistics role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
