The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, possess at least 5 years of experience in the medical field, and be ready to contribute to our team immediately. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
Utilize accounting knowledge to assist with financial transactions and billing processes.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field.
Proficient in both receptionist duties and basic accounting processes.
Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
