As a leasing agent, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with property rentals, leases, and purchases, leveraging your language skills to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and tours.
- Negotiate leasing terms and agreements.
- Handle leasing documents and contracts.
- Maintain a database of available properties.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree attested by the UAE government.
- Fluency in Arabic, English, Chinese, or Russian.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is amust.
