Job Description

Job Title: Fresher In Accounts Location: Ajman :
As a Fresher Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our finance team to record financial transactions, maintain financial records, and assist in financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities:

Record financial transactions accurately and timely using accounting software.
Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts receivable/payable and general ledger entries.
Support the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and assisting auditors in inquiries.
Aid in tax preparation and compliance efforts.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Communicate financial information to internal stakeholders as needed.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior internship or coursework in accounting is desirable but not required.
