We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outpatient procedures and demonstrate expertise in various surgical techniques. This role involves performing reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries, ensuring patient safety, and providing comprehensive care throughout the surgical process. The Plastic Surgeon will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and expectations. Perform a variety of plastic surgical procedures, including cosmetic enhancements and reconstructive surgeries. Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during surgeries. Collaborate with medical staff in outpatient settings, including dermatology and neurology departments. Monitor patients' recovery post-surgery and provide health coaching for optimal healing. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments. Stay updated on advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies.

Skills

Proficiency in outpatient surgical procedures. Strong knowledge of cardiology, radiology, and dermatology as they relate to plastic surgery. Familiarity with basic life support protocols. Ability to apply aseptic techniques effectively in clinical settings. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and education. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in health coaching to support patients through their recovery process.
