Job Description

Program Overview:
This training program is designed to provide fresh Emirati graduates with hands-on experience and knowledge in various finance functions. The program aims to develop skills in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting, enabling participants to build a strong foundation for a successful career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Support the preparation of financial models for budgeting and forecasting.

2. Accounting Support:

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Learn and apply accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS).

3. Budgeting and Reporting:

• Participate in preparing budgets and monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures.
• Assist in creating financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

4. Compliance and Audit:

• Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with auditors by providing requested financial documents and explanations.

5. Treasury and Cash Management:

• Learn about treasury operations, including cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Support in the management of payments and fund transfers.

6. Project Support:

• Participate in finance-related projects such as system implementations or process improvements.
• Conduct research on financial best practices and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
• Valid family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of financial systems and ERP software (preferred).
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
