Job Overview: As a •French Speaker • Property Consultant at TRPE, you will specialize primarily in real estate sales in Dubai. Your role will involve guiding clients to select the best options for investment or personal residences. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, match them with the right developers, and provide expert advice on upcoming projects, This is a lead-driven role where your success will come from converting fresh leads into successful transactions, whether clients are seeking new developments or existing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored options for properties.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on Dubai's leading developers, upcoming projects, and market trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Lead Management: Work with a steady flow leads, turning inquiries into successful sales.
• Investment Consultation: Advise clients on market conditions, project timelines, and potential returns to help them make informed decisions.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships by providing continuous support throughout the buying process, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, generate leads, and enhance overall sales efforts.
• Referrals & Networking: Encourage satisfied clients to provide referrals, expanding your network and generating new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate your own leads through networking, market knowledge, and personal connections.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all paperwork are accurately prepared, submitted, and comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage and convert leads.
• Fluency in English is required.
