The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to sales, this individual will use their expertise to identify and qualify prospects, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
•Responsibilities •
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Hold meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with business and financial data
• Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close agreements and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
•Qualifications •
• Proven experience as a sales manager or relevant role
• Fluency in English and French
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• In-depth understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
• Learns quickly and must have a passion for sales
• Motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
