Position Title: Freight Forwarding OfficerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe. :
- Work closely with carriers, trucking companies, airlines, and shipping lines to ensure the seamless movement of cargo on the back end of operation.
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Support Sales Manager with sales and follow up on negotiations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing shipment status updates, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shipping process.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively identify any potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions
