Are you a talented sales professional with a passion for hunting down new business? Do you have a knack for opening doors with new customers. We are looking for a proactive salesperson to join our business selling our air and sea freight as well brokerage products. You will have a proven sales track record in developing quality new leads and have a passion for sales. Ideally you will have some experience of the industry either in freight or customs brokerage. Salary: Competitive + bonus + bens. What will you be doing?
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of target accounts with a sales revenue in excess of AED 1M per month.
  • Help to deliver a pipeline conversion success rate
  • Make a minimum of 10 lead generation meetings per week.
  • Identify new potential customers.
  • Build knowledge and relationships to be included in formal RFQ\'s
  • Work closely with Tender and Product management teams to submit competitive, tailored proposals.
  • Diligently follow-up on all incoming sales leads
  • Provide regular account updates, competitor news and detailed feedback on issues preventing new business wins to the senior management and commercial teams.
  • Track, record and present the revenue from successful opportunities on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
Requirements About You
  • Proven sales track record of gaining new business and successfully working to and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling either freight forwarding services or customs brokerage.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to identify quality opportunities and open doors.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage time efficiently is essential.
  • Proactive \'hunter\' attitude
  • Superb communicator and networker.
