Key Responsibilities: Sales Activities: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the freight forwarding sector. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding their shipments. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments. Operational Support: Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment handling. Monitor and report on shipment progress, addressing any delays or issues that arise. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and customer service within the freight forwarding industry in Dubai. Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
