The Freight Forwarding Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
