ob Title: Dance Teacher : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dance Teacher to join our team. As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dance instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. Your main objective will be to foster a love for dance while developing the technical abilities and artistic expression of our students. Responsibilities: 1. Plan and deliver dance lessons that align with the curriculum and objectives of the dance program. 2. Instruct students in various dance styles, such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, or other specialized genres. 3. Teach proper dance techniques, including posture, alignment, coordination, flexibility, and rhythm. 4. Develop and execute choreography for performances, recitals, competitions, or showcases. 5. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential. 6. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, discipline, and self-expression. 7. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds. 8. Monitor student progress and evaluate their performances through assessments, examinations, or auditions. 9. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding class schedules, performances, and other related information. 10. Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and developments in dance education by attending workshops, conferences, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or relevant background in dance instruction. 2. Proficiency in one or more dance styles, with comprehensive knowledge of technique, terminology, and musicality. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. 4. Ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence. 5. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver well-structured dance lessons that cater to diverse student needs. 6. Organizational skills to manage dance schedules, performances, and administrative tasks. 7. Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching dance. 8. CPR and first aid certification 9.
