Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Football Coach to join our TNI team. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting practices, training sessions, and competitions to enhance the skills and performance of our football team members. The ideal candidate should have a passion for football, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire players.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive football program that aligns with the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Organize and conduct effective practice sessions to enhance individual player skills and team strategies.
• Create and execute game-day strategies and tactics to maximize team performance.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations during practices and games.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, trainers, and other staff to coordinate team activities and logistics.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and stakeholders regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
• Participate in recruiting and scouting efforts to identify and recruit talented players to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Football Coach or similar role, preferably at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
• Extensive knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by team schedules.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Degree in Football qualification.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 150 per week
