  • Donor Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with new donors and supporters, including investors, individuals, family offices, corporations, and foundations.
  • Grant Writing: Research and write grant proposals, and follow up on submissions.
  • Financial Management: Monitor fundraising progress and provide regular reports on achievements and challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of fundraising professionals (if needed), providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on fundraising/investing trends and donor/investor preferences within the UAE market.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with local laws and ethical standards.
RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, and crowdfunding, with a track record of successful revenue generation.
  • Strong network in the philanthropic and investor community of Dubai.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of UAE\'s fundraising and investing regulations and cultural sensitivities.
