Job Description
What we're looking for:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Video Editor to work on a variety of projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production techniques. You will be responsible for assembling raw footage, adding music and sound effects, creating graphics, and delivering high-quality videos that meet client briefs and deadlines.What you'll do:
- Edit video footage to create compelling and engaging content.
- Work closely with creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver on briefs.
- Select and incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video storytelling.
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the post-production process.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other team members, including producers, designers, and animators.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
- Excellent understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with a variety of video formats and resolutions.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Experience working with clients in the MENA region is a plus.
