Job Description

As a Freelance Trainer specializing in Financial Management for Non-Financial Professionals, you will create and deliver engaging training sessions that simplify financial concepts and tools for individuals without a finance background. Your goal will be to empower participants with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions and understand key financial principles relevant to their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize training materials and curricula focused on financial management for non-financial professionals.
• Conduct interactive training sessions online and/or in-person, ensuring content is accessible and relevant to participants from various industries.
• Explain financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a clear and practical manner.
• Evaluate participants' understanding and provide feedback and additional resources as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in financial management and training methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a trainer or educator in financial management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to present complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format for individuals without a finance background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with remote training tools and platforms is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in financial management or training are preferred.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per day
