Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Coach to join our growing Kids Sports School in Abu Dhabi. If you have a love for coaching, working with children, and promoting water safety, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for children of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.

- Develop customized training programs that focus on technique, endurance, and overall swimming performance.

- Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing proper swimming techniques, pool rules, and emergency procedures.

- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence.

- Organize and supervise swimming competitions, assessments, and fun water activities.

- Build positive relationships with students, and parents.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and pool maintenance.

Requirements:

- Certified Swimming Coach with relevant qualifications.

- Proven experience coaching children in a structured swimming program.

- Strong understanding of water safety, first aid, and lifesaving techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.

- Enthusiastic, patient, and motivational coaching approach.

- Previous experience in a school, sports academy, or club setting is a plus.
