Freelance Safety Advisor 3 Months Project

Job Description
sWe are currently seeking a qualified freelance Safety Officer for a three months project. This is a temporary opportunity to contribute to ensuring the safety and well-being of the employees during the duration of the project.Location: Abu Dhabi and FujairahDuration: 3 MonthsResponsibilities:
- Implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide HSE training and education to employees at all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrence.
- Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external resources to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization, fostering awareness and accountability among employees.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
